Free nail sealant is one-component adhesive with non-toxic, tasteless, no harmful release of small molecules. The product processes very strong adhesion with durable and strong bonding. It can effectively bonding glass, ceramics, wood, metal and other materials. The product is neutral and without corrosion. And has excellent UV resistance and weather resistance.
Product Features
The products' application areas are: indoor bonding and routine maintenance, adhesion for many materials with no nails, such as Marble, artificial stone, glass, ceramics, gypsum board, wood, aluminum profiles, etc.
Nail free sealant application
In order to be good appearance, textured paper tape could be used around the bonding place. Pierce the aluminum film of the bottleneck by needle, and cutting the needle into 45°. Apply the glue into strips by glue gun. Truing the glue line by rubber gloves dampened with soapy water. Tearing off the textured paper tape before curing. Unspent product can be natural sealed by 1cm glue near the bottleneck. Remove the cured parts before using next time.

The goods are recommended to be kept in room temperature. Direct sunlight, heat, frost and moisture should be avoided. In original sealed buckets, it has a shelf life of 12months.
attention:
Avoid eyes and skin connection. Operate at draughty place. Full curing time is usually 24 hours, maybe longer at low temperature. The surfaces to be bonded should be dry, clean without any grease, dust or other contaminant. Further information could be get from our technicist
